Application of Acrel-3000 Power Management System in Philips Co., Ltd.

摘要:本文主要介紹了飛利浦電子技術(shù)(上海)有限公司采用安科瑞智能電力儀表及Acrel-3000電能管理系統(tǒng)對配電監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)進行改造,通過總線型組網(wǎng)方式,把數(shù)據(jù)上傳至后臺,進行智能化組網(wǎng)。系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了分散式采集和集中控制管理的智能化、數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化電能管理。

Abstract: This article introduces the application of Acrel-3000 power management system in the power distribution monitoring system.Through the bus-type networking mode, the data is uploaded to the background for intelligent networking. The system realizes the intelligent, digital and networked electric energy management of distributed collection and centralized control management.

飛利浦電子技術(shù)有限公司電能管理系統(tǒng)針對高、低壓配電監(jiān)測改造設(shè)計,通過Acrel-3000電能管理系統(tǒng),為用戶提供一套、實用的用電管理、分析工具。提供實時及歷史數(shù)據(jù)分析、對比功能,以發(fā)現(xiàn)能源消耗過程和結(jié)構(gòu)中存在的問題,建立企業(yè)能耗評估、管理體系,實現(xiàn)合理用電、節(jié)約用電,提高企業(yè)能源效率水平。

The Electric Energy Management System of Philips Electronic Technology Co. , Ltd. is designed for high and low voltage power distribution monitoring. Acrel-3000 electric energy management system provides users with a set of advanced and practical electric power management and analysis tools. The function of real-time and historical data analysis and comparison is provided to find out the problems existing in the process and structure of energy consumption, to establish the evaluation and management system of energy consumption of enterprises, to realize rational and economical use of electricity and to improve the level of energy efficiency of enterprises.

Acrel-3000型電能管理系統(tǒng)對變配電系統(tǒng)進行分散數(shù)據(jù)采集和集中監(jiān)控管理。對配電系統(tǒng)的二次設(shè)備進行組網(wǎng),通過計算機和通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)將分散的配電所的現(xiàn)場設(shè)備連接為一個有機的整體,實現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)運行的遠程監(jiān)控和集中管理。

Acrel-3000 energy management system provides decentralized data acquisition and centralized monitoring and management of the substation and distribution system.         在當今配電設(shè)施的應(yīng)用中,項目的配電安全性至關(guān)重要,本文介紹了Acrel-3000電能管理系統(tǒng)可以實現(xiàn)對配電室供配電回路用電的實時監(jiān)控,不僅能顯示回路用電狀況,還具有網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊功能,可以與串口服務(wù)器、計算機等組成電能管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)對采集數(shù)據(jù)的分析、處理,實時顯示配電室內(nèi)各配電回路的運行狀態(tài),對負載越限具有彈出報警對話框、語音提示,并生成各種電能報表、分析曲線、圖形等,便于電能的遠程抄表以及分析、研究。該系統(tǒng)運行安全、可靠、穩(wěn)定,為工業(yè)項目解決用電問題提供了真實可靠的依據(jù),取得了較好的效益。
